welcome

At Grace Kids we want to provide a space where kids feel safe and cared for, so they can come to learn about the love of Jesus and learn to love others well.

On Sunday check your children in before the morning gathering and we’ll walk them through an engaging experience - classes available for children 6 mos - 5th grade.

You can find parking at the back of church off of 36th St. A Children’s Ministry sign is located on our Education Building parking lot door. Follow the sign to check-in. Check-in kiosks are located in the Education Building and in the lobby of the Sanctuary.

 OUR VISION & Values

At Grace Kids we want to provide a space where kids feel safe and cared for, so they can come to learn about the love of Jesus and learn to love others well.

Our volunteers are committed to discipling the next generation and sharing the love and kindness of God with your kiddos. They do this not only by sharing the gospel on Sundays but through our values; Be Safe, Be Engaging, Be Courteous, Be Consistent.

  • Let’s focus on why safety is so important. If kids don’t feel safe, they won’t want to come or participate. If parents don’t feel their kids are safe, they won’t bring them. Therefore, we want to make creating safe and secure spaces to tell the truth of God’s big story a high priority.

  • Engaging kids is important in helping to plant God’s Word in their hearts and minds. Engagement doesn’t happen by accident—it happens because we’re ready for our kids when they come to us.

  • Let’s focus on the importance of being courteous. Some key things to model for our kids are kindness and love. Being courteous can range anywhere from offering a friendly welcome to helping kids feel safe and want to return week after week. When our team is courteous to parents and kids alike, we put Jesus’ love and kindness on display!

  • Through our consistent behavior, we create a secure environment each and every week for kids to hear an engaging message filled with love and truth. It’s through consistency that we build trust with our families. This creates a culture that brings kids to an embodied faith and points them to Jesus over and over again.
